Cancellation & Refund

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Incase a customer decides to cancel their order, one has the right to do so until the order has been delivered. Incase of cash on delivery orders the customer will not be charged any fee, and the order will be cancelled. Incase of prepaid or orders paid via bank transactions once the order is cancelled the money will be refunded in the coming 5-7 working days, depending on bank policies.  
Orders once cancelled, cannot be regenerated. User will have to place a new order again.

PAYMENT POLICY
We use payment portals for the safety and security of our customers and in no way do we save or store and payment credentials of our customers. We accept payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, COD.
For refunds on orders placed via cash on delivery, the amount paid will be transferred through bank transactions. Once a user requests for a return and the order after reaching us passes our quality inspection, an email will be sent to the registered email id, with the refund procedure. In-case the order does not pass our quality check, the return request will be rejected and the order will be sent back to the user. This process might take 10-15 working days depending on bank policies.

RETURN POLICY 
We have made it very easy for our customers to return the product in case they do not like the color of the product or the size or the shape of it within 5 days of delivery.
There are a few things that are to be taken in mind in case you are returning the product
- The product should not be damaged.
- The product should not be scratched.
- It should be in its original packaging along with the original bill.
When you will cancel or return order we would arrange a pick-up at your location within 3-5 days thereafter.
We will refund 100% amount paid by you for sunglasses, and for Prescription Eyeglasses we will refund the amount paid for frames only because lenses we don’t reuse.

SHIPPING
We will use third parties like courier companies to deliver products that you order on our website. And we will share your details with that courier company to deliver your order.
Only orders amounting to Rs1000 or above are applicable for free shipping.
We have made it one of our top priorities to deliver your order in the most safest and quickest way possible. We have partnered with industry leading courier partners to deliver your orders to you. We shall deliver the product to you in about 5-7 days time depending on your location. Incase of any Prescription glasses or lenses that have to be prepared by our lense makers we may take a few additional days to deliver you the product approximately from 7-10 days depending on your prescription number and availability. We have the absolute right to reject your order in case of lack of product availability, incase of payment issues or incase our delivery partner is unable to deliver you the product at your given address.
